HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. QUESTIONNAIRE 

To start the process I send you a short questionnaire to give me a better insight into you, your colour preferences and where you like to shop. 

2. SUBMIT PHOTOS

This is where you send in makeup free selfies in a variety of colours taken in great natural light. We do 2 rounds of these photos so I can first determine your undertone (cool or warm) and then further refine to your season and sub-season. 

3. ANALYSIS & RESULTS

Once all of your photos have been received I then use my specialised programme to cross-reference and confirm your best colours. 

Once complete, you'll receive an email with your colour palette results and phone palette swatches. You will receive 30 colours in your primary palette and 90 in your sister palettes.

I booked an online consultation with Ashley the next day. Ashley asked me to complete a quick questionnaire on details such as hair and eye colour, as well as clothes brands I like and purchased from. She also sent me through detailed, yet easy to understand, instructions on the process of taking photos with different colours and uploading them.

After that initial round of photos, Ashley asked me to take round 2 photos, of a specific refined range of colours, to confirm what she had seen in round 1. Throughout the process Ashley communicated with me on a regular basis.

Ashley then provided me with a detailed analysis of my colour palette and the sister palettes (and how I could borrow some of the colours from those).

The analysis included a personalised shopping guide for clothes in my palette, from the labels that I usually purchase from. I loved her suggestions and bought a number of the items. Ashley also provided make-up recommendations and I love the lipstick colours she recommended and that they really work for me.

What I particularly love about knowing my colour palette is that it has given me confidence in selecting the right colours when shopping (I have the colour palette on my phone to consult). It has also given me the confidence to combine colours from the palette within an outfit, because they really all work together so well and really lift the overall look.

Ashley has also kindly answered my many questions since then, when I have been a little unsure as to whether something in my wardrobe or that I am thinking of buying fits my palette – so fantastic ‘after-sales’ service. Ashley clearly loves what she does, knows her ‘stuff’ and is passionate about helping her clients find their colours.

I was very surprised to find that my colour season is bright winter, I had always thought I was cool summer just by looking at swatches on the internet but I was very wrong. Ashley really understands styling and seasonal colours and imparted so much knowledge about why certain colour palettes suit me and why other ones made me look tired and dull.
